Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Original tags must be attached.
• Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, perfume, pet hair, or damage.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Clearance or sale items
• Jewelry
• Accessories
• Bodysuits
• Undergarments
• Gift cards

Exchanges

If you need a different size and inventory is available, we will gladly exchange the item.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
